\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPartners Lena Gr\u00f8n and Heidi Andersen have a total of a quarter of a century of experience in advising on Spanish matters.\r\n\r\nThey have provided it through another local company Cyclo, but Gr\u00f8n & Andersen has come into the world to provide a specialized service to the Scandinavian customer group.\r\n\r\n\u201cIn Cyclo, we gradually had 20 employees. The major working languages were Spanish and English, and often people do not get it all out when there is an English speaker at the other end of the pipe, \u201dsays Heidi Andersen.\r\nShe has a degree in business administration from Aarhus School of Business, and two years later she was involved from the start when Cyclo was founded in 1996.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We sit down with them, and over a cup of coffee we arrange things in our own way, \u201dadds Lena Gr\u00f8n, who has lived most of her life in Spain and, among other things, has an education in immigration law \/ migration. In 2004, she got a job at Cyclo, and four years later she became a co-owner. As a child of a Danish-Norwegian marriage, she speaks two Scandinavian languages.\r\n\r\nThe staff consists of Eva and Silvia. Hov – two Spaniards? But Eva and Silvia, who are trained as executive secretaries and speak fluent English, are in fact chosen on the basis of the same philosophy that you communicate best with your own in terms of language and mentality. Once the others have prepared the customer’s papers, it is Eva who takes them out to the authorities and arranges the practicalities with them.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLena’s and Heidi’s old customers are used to a total service on all matters when it comes to buying a home, staying and working in Spain. It still offers partners because Gr\u00f8n & Andersen collaborates with lawyers who are specialists in different areas. If the task cannot be solved by the small company, other specialists will work with whom they collaborate. The new consulting agency functions as a Scandinavian reception that coordinates the interdisciplinary collaboration and assists customers in Danish throughout the process.\r\n\r\nPeople get answers to all the questions about life in Spain – as long as they remember to ask them. This is perhaps many times the real problem, and that which Gr\u00f8n & Andersen must prevent.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t“I often hear people complain because a lawyer or a real estate agent has not explained some things that are a matter of course in Spain, but not in Scandinavia. People fall victim to their own ignorance, \u201dsays Heidi Andersen. “Afterwards, you can not apologize for the ignorance, because you have a duty to know the message,” warns Lena Gr\u00f8n.\r\n\r\nThese problems are easier to anticipate in a consulting firm with a Scandinavian focus. Information about new laws and regulations is sent out to anyone who has had a journal created as a result of moving or buying a house. Other things automatically come to the table during a small talk in another connection: \u201cAre you thinking of selling your Spanish home? Then I might add that in a year it will be much cheaper fiscally because you cross an age limit.
