We specialize in contemporary and cutting-edge design for both single-family and multi-family homes, with a particular focus on luxury housing. In addition, we have experience in renovations, landscaping, and interior design, as well as in urban planning consultancy.<\/p>\n

We offer project management and consultancy services, coordinating all aspects from planning to construction. We prepare feasibility and regulatory studies, as well as construction schedules. We handle municipal procedures and building permit applications.
\nWe ensure full coordination of the construction process and quality in all phases, developing and calculating the execution of the works, the structures, and the installations.<\/p>\n

We also have expertise in the assessment and energy management of buildings. We carry out energy certifications and offer solutions that improve the performance and efficiency of installations and the building itself.
\nWe prepare technical reports, identify and resolve building pathologies, and advise our clients to comply with the applicable legal framework in each case. We offer property valuations, technical building inspections (ITE), and certificates of building age. We handle first occupancy licenses and cases of properties assimilated to out-of-ordinance status.
