Education: Trained lawyer from the University of Málaga Professional work: Spanish lawyer, member of the Bar Association in Málaga since 1996. Javier has studied a number of special courses in areas such as forensic medicine, rights related to real estate and family law as well as CARD course (Leadership course and competence development). Last but not least, Javier has also completed a Master in MBA (Master in Business Administration) via the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Málaga. Javier’s professional experience lies mainly in Civil & Private Law, especially in rights related to real estate and legal aspects of the transfer of real estate. For a number of years he has advised clients, both private individuals and investors, and assisted them in buying and selling real estate on the Costa del Sol. Thus has experience in preparing and negotiating contracts with both Promoters, real estate agents or directly with the buyer or seller.
